Availability
In the Ringed City. From the Ringed Inner Wall Bonfire, progress forward until you reach the long set of steps into the swamp. From there, head to the right upwards, looping back and across the bridge that heads over the steps. The complete set is on a corpse near the invader Seeker of the Spurned.
