General Information
The bonfire by The Great Bell in Archdragon Peak.
Getting There
From the Dragon-kin Mausoleum Bonfire, head up either staircase and then take the immediate exit to the room, following the staircases down. Continue along the path past the Serpent-man and Large Serpent-men, then further past the Ancient Wyvern and many Rock Lizards until you reach a building with a Serpent-man Summoner. Opposite of the summoner is a staircase leading down into the room with the bonfire.
