Joining
In Irithyll of the Boreal Valley. From the Pontiff Sulyvahn Bonfire, proceed through the door, go up the stairs to the left and into the building past the Giant Slaves. Down a ladder ahead of an Illusory Wall and past two Sulyvahn's Beasts is Archdeacon McDonnell who grants the covenant.
Progression
Offer Human Dregs to Archdeacon McDonnell. These are gained from successful invasions defending Irithyll of the Boreal Valley.
Deacons of the Deep and Murkmen drop Human Dregs.
Effects
- Invade Irithyll of the Boreal Valley past Pontiff Sulyvahn as a Covenant Phantom.
