- Headbutt: Rears head back before swinging it in a headbutt.
- Slam: Rises up before slamming down.
- Vomit: Vomits, dealing Standard damage and infesting the player with maggots that build up Bleed.
- Maggots can be removed with a Bloodred Moss Clump or by equipping a Torch or Follower Torch.
- Tackle: Pauses, before slamming their body forward in a tackle.
- Running Swipe: Runs a short distance before swiping with their right arm.
Caster
- Magic Bident: Fires a magic bident from their staff.
Notes
- Not susceptible to either Alluring Skulls or Rapport.
- Susceptible to Fire. They writhe in pain, immobilizing them for a few seconds.
- A dead Man-grub in the lake of Irithyll of the Boreal Valley can be looted for the Great Heal miracle.
