It would seem they buffed the scaling of Scimitar, at least for the Chaos infusion. I have updated it for levels 5 and 6, and will try to update the further ones as I upgrade my weapon, but I didn't check for levels 1-4. I'd include a picture as evidence but can't due to having not gained karma yet.
Alright, spent a bunch of titanite. +0 through +9 on all infusions should be updated. It seems the scimitar has gotten a huge buff, dark infusion has been reworked to actually give the same amount of physical damage that chaos does, better numbers across the board, also that raw damage is insanely better.
Not sure if these changes are universal, though I can't imagine why they wouldn't be. I wonder if this means they've fixed the fact that chaos was always doing more backstab damage than dark.. It would make sense if physical damage had a higher weight for backstabs. In which case, a lot of weapons on the regular titanite path should be looked at, as I doubt this is just a change to the scimitar.
EDIT: Oh yeah, the bleed was slightly raised, and the poison was insanely raised.
