Can be used to Infuse Weapons/Shields, balancing Strength and Dexterity Scaling. Also reduces base damage.

Dropped from Red-Eyed Lothric Knights wielding a sword and shield or spear and greatshield at 2%/4%.

- Dropped from a Blue Armor Lothric Knight when killed for the first time, atop the staircase left of the entrance to High Priestess Emma's cathedral in High Wall of Lothric.
- In Lothric Castle, on a corpse below the two Lothric Wyverns.
- Dropped from a Crystal Lizard in the Grand Archives, by the Fleshbite Ring before the rooftops.
Notes
- Blacksmith Andre does not require Coals in order to Infuse Weapons/Shields with Refined Gems.
- Refined Weapons may still have Weapon Buffs applied.
