Forbidden pyromancy amongst those
who internalize flame.
Temporarily boost attack, but gradually lose HP.
A pyromancer fears the flame.
However, this fear subsides once it is
accepted as a substitute for strength.
Temporarily boosts the player's attack by X and stamina regeneration by +30, but causes the player to gradually lose HP for the spell's duration.
Found on a corpse hidden behind a secret wall on the first level of the Grand Archives. From the first room with the four wax scholars and the large pit of wax, go into the dark room to the right. On the wall opposite the entrance is a mobile set of stairs, just to the left of these stairs is the lever, pull it. (You may have to destroy the tables to get to the lever.)
Looking to your left and slightly behind you you should see one of the bookcases on the left wall slide down. Go into the room it revealed to get the pyromancy from the corpse and the Witch's Locks whip from the chest to your left.
It may be wise to dunk your head in wax, to prevent any accidental cursing from the curse hands.
Seems to take around 30% of the caster's max health (with 30 vigor it took 420 out of 1413 HP while embered, and 300 out of 1087 HP while unkindled)
The rate of health loss is 16hp every half second with a +10 Pyromancy Flame, however damage numbers may be different depending on Pyromancy Flame upgrade level.
With a +10 Flame, the damage boost is 20%, however this may change depending on upgrade level.
