Build Description
Yo whatsup guys! Here to tell you guys one of the best warrior builds I've speedran with. Whooped some serious ass.
Anyways, some basic info:
Weapon: Exile Greatsword + Dark Gem
Armor Set: Anything that is below 70% total in weight
So first off, just play the game, DON'T level up your starting weapon, Just go through the first bosses, until you get to the roads of sacrifice. Just kill those 2 guys wearing the exile armor, by camping on the ladder that leads to Farron Keep, then pickup the Exile Greatsword. They should fall down. Once you've done that, go level up your Dex and 2 hand the exile greatsword. This build won't require any sort of shield, so you better know how to roll ;)
Anyways, go through and level up your exile greatsword, spam its level up. Then build up your strength. Personally, the level up pattern I went through was +3 Strength, +1 Endurance, +1 Vigor. And then you'd be whooping ass. However, my stats above don't follow that pattern. The stats above were the pattern I used after my first 3 runs.
After this, go infuse the exile greatsword with a DARK gem. NOT a deep gem, a DARK gem. Where do I find this? A very easy way to pick one up is by going back to high wall of lothric and killing that pus of man. The pus of man is that thing that turns into that giant black monster on top of the building, right before the winged knight.
Heres a build that'll whoop some ass PvE.
I'm curious. Wouldn't it be better to invest some stat points into both faith & intelligence? as those are what Dark scales with, not strength. if you're using mainly strength, go for heavy infusions and bring it to 50-60 points instead of 45.
I'm currently running my own version of this with my own modifications. My stats currently are: 22 vgr, 24 att, 25 end, 20 vit, 24 str, 25 dex, 40 on both int/fai, and 30 on luck.
My equipment is: Dark exile greatsword +10, shield of want base, dragonrider's bow in left slot 2, pyro flame +9 in right slot 2. rings are: dark clutch ring, havel's ring, ring of the sun princess, and covetous silver serpent ring. Armor: switch between cornyx set/fallen set/and lothric's robe set.
My damage is high enough that I can one-shot the red eyes lothric knight just ahead from the dancer's bonfire with a backstab. This blade hits like a beast when infused properly.
I tried running your build, but it just wasn't high enough damage for bosses and late-game mobs.
