Also known as; Weapon Skills, Weapon Arts, Battle Arts.

Overview

Skills utilize FP to perform special moves. Skills can still be performed without the requisite Focus Points, but the skill will not yield any of the enhanced properties it provides. Skills that do have some effect will consume 50% more Stamina without FP.

Notes

• As of App 1.05, Regulation 1.08, Skills can be performed with full effects with half FP.
• Using Skills of Weapons you do not have the stats to equip behave as if you had no FP, and consume none.
  • Perseverance and variants may be used, but with a reduced duration.
• Skills use 1H AR, except for Bows, Greatbows, and 2H Shields.

  • Fixed issue where, when equipping the Lothric War Banner in the left hand and using the Lothric War Banner skill, using Rotten Pine Resin or Carthus Rogue on a weapon equipped in the right hand would apply negative status effects to allied players.
• App 1.11, Regulation 1.30
  • In PvP battles, the 2nd attack of the Call to Stone (skill for Ledo's Great Hammer) attack can now be cancelled by rolling immediately after successfully delivering a different attack to the enemy
  • Fixed issue where the weapon reinforcement effect of the right-hand weapon was applied to the left hand equipped with a Greatshield weapon when performing the Shield Bash skill
  • Increased attack power and motion cancel speed for Call to Stone skill attached to Ledo's Great Hammer
  • Increased attack power for the skill attached to Quakestone Hammer

  • It is now easier to be interrupted when using most weapon skills
  • Reduced the absorption bonus during the latter half of "Perseverance" weapon skill
  • Fixed a bug where weapon skill "Quake" of "Quakestone Hammer" would deal more damage than intended to "Spear of the Church"

  • Improved motion of shield bash skill. In accordance with this fix, stamina consumption has been reduced.
