Sorceries

Sorceries are one of the three available Spell types in Dark Souls III, the others being Miracles and Pyromancies.
Casting Sorceries requires a Staff, as well as sufficient Intelligence.

Most Sorceries can be learned from the spell trainers Orbeck of Vinheim and Karla.

Cast Light	15	—	1	20	Utility, Body Buff	Creates a hovering light source above the user's head.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 1,000 Souls after giving him the Golden Scroll.
Chameleon	12	—	1	20	Utility, Body Buff	Transform into an object that blends into the surroundings.	Dropped from (or found on the corpse of) the Old Woman of Londor in the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley.
Crystal Hail	18	—	1	19	Offensive, AoE	Creates a crystal orb above the player, raining down small crystal soulmasses from above, dealing Magic damage.	Transposed from the Soul of a Crystal Sage by Ludleth of Courland with the Transposing Kiln for 1,500 Souls.
Crystal Magic Weapon	30	—	1	45	Offensive, Weapon Buff	Adds a Magic damage Weapon Buff to the right-hand Weapon.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 10,000 Souls after giving him the Crystal Scroll.
Crystal Soul Spear	48	—	1	46	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a crystal soul spear at the target, dealing heavy Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 15,000 Souls after giving him the Crystal Scroll.
Dark Edge	30	—	1	26	Offensive, Melee	Slam down a large black blade, dealing Dark damage.	Can be bought from Karla for 8,000 Souls.
Deep Soul	12	—	1	6	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a soul dregs towards the target, dealing Dark damage.	Transposed from the Soul of the Deacons of the Deep by Ludleth of Courland with the Transposing Kiln for 0 Souls.
Farron Dart	8	—	1	3	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a soul dart at the target, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 1,000 Souls.
Farron Flashsword	23	—	1	4	Offensive, Melee	Cast a fast soul sword, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 5,000 Souls.
Farron Hail	28	—	1	4	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a cascade of soul darts at the target, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 5,000 Souls after giving him the Sage's Scroll.
Frozen Weapon	15	—	1	30	Offensive, Weapon Buff	Adds a Frost Weapon Buff to the right-hand Weapon.	In the Painted World of Ariandel, inside a maggot pit near the snowy forest area.
Great Deep Soul	20	—	1	9	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a slow soul dregs towards the target, dealing Dark damage.	Reward for reaching Rank 1 in the Aldrich Faithful Covenant. (Requires 10 Human Dregs)
Great Farron Dart	23	—	1	4	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a powerful soul dart at the target, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 2,000 Souls after giving him the Sage's Scroll.
Great Heavy Soul Arrow	18	—	1	14	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a more powerful heavy soul arrow, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 4,000 Souls.
Great Magic Shield	18	—	1	60	Defensive, Weapon Buff	Greatly reinforces left-hand Shield.	In Irithyll Dungeon, dropped by a Corpse-grub in a cell, one floor down from the entrance.
Great Magic Weapon	15	—	1	35	Offensive, Weapon Buff	Adds a Magic damage Weapon Buff to the right-hand Weapon.	In the Road of Sacrifices, near the shortcut door to Farron Keep.
Great Soul Arrow	15	—	1	10	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a more powerful soul arrow, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 2,000 Souls.
Great Soul Dregs	40	—	1	30	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a slow, large soul dregs projectile towards the target, dealing Dark damage.	In The Dreg Heap, halfway down from The Dreg Heap Bonfire, on the balcony of a building filled with Murkmen.
Heavy Soul Arrow	13	—	1	11	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a heavy soul arrow towards the target, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 2,000 Souls.
Hidden Body	15	—	1	25	Utility	Turns user invisible.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 3,000 Souls after giving him the Golden Scroll.
Hidden Weapon	12	—	1	25	Utility, Weapon Buff	Turns right-hand weapon invisible.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 1,500 Souls after giving him the Golden Scroll.
Homing Crystal Soulmass	30	—	1	43	Offensive, Ranged	Summons up to five floating crystal orbs above the player, which will automatically home onto the closest enemy, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 18,000 Souls after giving the Crystal Scroll.
Homing Soulmass	20	—	1	20	Offensive, Ranged	Summons up to five floating orbs above the player, which will automatically home onto the closest enemy, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 6,000 Souls after giving him Logan's Scroll.
Magic Shield	10	—	1	30	Defensive, Weapon Buff	Magically reinforces the left-hand Shield.	Can be bought from Yoel of Londor or Orbeck of Vinheim for 4,500 Souls.
Magic Weapon	10	—	1	25	Offensive, Weapon Buff	Adds a Magic damage Weapon Buff to the right-hand Weapon.	Can be bought from Yoel of Londor or Orbeck of Vinheim for 4,500 Souls.
Old Moonlight	25	—	1	23	Offensive, Melee	Hold a soul greatsword in front of the player, and release to swing and fire a lightwave, dealing Magic damage. May be charged to increase damage.	Tranposed from the Soul of Darkeater Midir by Ludleth of Courland with the Transposing Kiln for 15,000 Souls.
Pestilent Mist	30	—	1	13	Offensive, AoE	Releases a cloud of mist that eats away HP.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 1,000 Souls after giving him the Sage's Scroll.
Repair	15	—	1	20	Utility	Restores Durability to all equipped Weapons and Armor.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 2,000 Souls after giving him the Golden Scroll.
Snap Freeze	18	—	1	16	Offensive, Area of Effect	Creates a cloud of near freezing mist, inflicting Frostbite.	In the Painted World of Ariandel, inside the Depths of the Painting, at the end of an ice passage, guarded by a Tree Woman.
Soul Arrow	10	—	1	7	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a soul arrow towards the target, dealing Magic damage.	Starting Sorcery for the Sorcerer; can be bought from the Shrine Handmaid or Orbeck of Vinheim for 1,000 Souls.
Soul Greatsword	22	—	1	23	Offensive, Melee	Creates a soul greatsword in front of the player, dealing Magic damage.	Can be bought from Yoel of Londor or Orbeck of Vinheim for 5,000 Souls.
Soul Spear	32	—	1	32	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a soul spear at the target, dealing heavy Magic damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 5,000 Souls after giving him Logan's Scroll.
Soul Stream	45	—	2	55	Offensive, Ranged	Fires a torrential volley of souls dealing Magic damage to any enemy within it.	In the Grand Archives, behind an Illusory Wall and Boreal Outrider Knight at the upper levels.
Spook	10	—	1	15	Utility, Body Buff	Silences the user's movements and prevents non-lethal fall damage.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 2,000 Souls.
Twisted Wall of Light	27	—	1	10	Defensive	Deflects spells by surrounding the player with light particles.	Can be bought from Orbeck of Vinheim for 6,000 Souls after giving him the Golden Scroll.
White Dragon Breath	50	—	1	25	Offensive, Ground	Emits a piercing beam of crystals along the ground, dealing Magic damage.	Transposed from the Soul of Consumed Oceiros by Ludleth of Courland with the Transposing Kiln for 10,000 Souls.
