How to Enter
Obtain the Champion's Bones and burn them at the Firelink Shrine bonfire to unlock access to Undead Matches at the same bonfire.
Modes
There are 3 game types in Undead Match: Duel, Brawl and Co-op Match. All matches are timed events that last 3 minutes (stalemate occurs if there's a tie).
Duels
Simply duels which end when one player dies or the timer runs out. Players are not able to use Estus during a duel but they are provided with five flasks of Ashen Estus.
Brawl
A free for all with 4 or 6 total players or a deathmatch between 2 players. The victor is the one with the most kills at the end of the match. Combatants are allowed a maximum of one Estus and one Ashen Estus flask, which become refilled by killing an opponent (once per life) or respawning after death.
Co-op Match
A team versus team mode which can be set to 2v2 or 3v3. The victor is the team with the most kills at the end of the match. Combatants are allowed a maximum of one Estus and one Ashen Estus flask, which become refilled by killing an opponent (once per life) or respawning after death.

Honor Ranks
There are four honor ranks: Iron, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Consecutive losses will lead to a rank demotion. If you are demoted, you can still regain your previous rank by winning the required number of matches to ascertain the next rank. Any losses in the time in which you are attempting to rank up will increase the total number of matches needed to rank up.
